Avenged Sevenold MVI not working?

I just got the Avenged Sevenfold MVI, and it won't allow me to
register, so I can't get any updates or the extra free stuff. Anyone
know how to remedy this? It says I'm not connected to the internet,
but I am. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
